At the end of the year, the physician receives a bonus of 100% of the profits of their practice. This hospital treats their employed physicians as if they are the owner of their own practice. This hospital makes NO money from the hospital-owned physician practices. This position offers full benefits including malpractice, family health insurance, relocation, and CME allowance.
