About the Role
University of Rochester - 220 Hutchison Road - Responsibilities: Serve as a problem solver, advocate and liaison for patients, visitors and staff across multiple URMC locations; Answer high volumes of inquiries and provide accurate information on policies and procedures; Assist diverse population with effective communication and navigation within the Medical Center; Direct visitors to appropriate resources (Parking, DPS, Social Work, Patient Relations, Care Management, etc.); Maintain up-to-date information and assist with visiting guidelines and emergency communications
