JOB SUMMARY:

The Physician provides outpatient care to patients ages 4 to adult, and geriatrics. As a Physician, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care and treatment for a wide range of health issues including, but not limited to acute care, physicals/wellness exams, diabetes checkups, and hospital follow ups.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine board certification or board-eligible
• Current GA medical license and unrestricted DEA
• Dynamic and service-focused bedside manner
