Lymphoma Hematologist
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $400000.00 - $520000.00 The OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center seeks a physician in malignant hematology to join its academically driven team for a role spanning education, teaching, research, and patient care. We are the only facility providing transplant and immune effector cell therapies in the state of Oklahoma. Possible academic tracks are structured to support a range of career goals and interests and include Clinical, Clinician-Education, and Clinician-Scientists. About the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center
The center's mission is to improve patient outcomes and reduce the burden of cancer in Oklahoma and the nation through an integrated program of research, clinical care, education, and community engagement. Located on the University of Oklahoma (OU) Health Sciences Center campus in Oklahoma City, Stephenson is the state's only NCI-Designated Cancer Center, providing a critical resource for patients seeking research-driven, patient-centered, multidisciplinary treatment. In addition, it coordinates a statewide network supporting clinical trials and community-engaged research across Oklahoma. Oncology services at Stephenson are part of OU Medicine, Oklahoma's only academic health system with the state's largest and most comprehensive physician network and specialty services. The Stephenson Cancer Center offers over 300 clinical trials encompassing NCI-sponsored, investigator, and pharmaceutical trials
OU Health has received national recognition for its clinical trials over five consecutive years
Excellent support and mentorship for grant writing and clinical trials, including a two-year funded master's degree program
OU Health boasts one of the largest Phase 1 Clinical Trial Programs, including support from pharmaceutical companies
All faculty actively engage in teaching fellows and residents, and are offered protected research time
