Join a Growing, Patient-Centered GI Team on Maryland’s Beautiful Eastern Shore
TidalHealth is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist with a minimum of two years of clinical experience to join our expanding and highly respected gastroenterology team in Salisbury, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, well-supported environment while enjoying an exceptional quality of life near the coast, with the added option to engage in teaching and academic development through our ACGME GI Fellowship.
Minimum 2 years of experience required (post-training)
~First call covered by APP or GI Fellow , supporting excellent work-life balance
Access to state-of-the-art endoscopy suites and advanced technology
Dedicated support staff including experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Teaching & Academic Opportunities
Opportunity to serve as Core or Voluntary Faculty within TidalHealth’s graduate medical education programs
Teach and mentor residents and/or fellows in both clinical and procedural settings
Participate in curriculum development, case conferences, and academic initiatives
Ideal for physicians with an interest in academic medicine without sacrificing clinical balance

~ Fellow or APP normally 1st call. Physician 2nd. Flexible outpatient schedule. Night Call
