An established, community-rooted independent practice in Maryland is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician. This practice has been providing comprehensive primary care since the late 1970s and is known for continuity of care, long-term patient relationships, and a highly supportive work environment.
Opportunity Highlights
- 4-Day Work Week (32 hours total)
- 3 clinic days: 8:00a–5:00p
- 1 late day: 10:30a–7:30p
- Light, Manageable Call: 1:5 weekends
- Very low call volume due to extended practice hours
- Partnership consideration within 12–18 months

Responsibilities
- Provide routine primary care in a Family Medicine setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient panels
- Participate in extended hours with low call responsibility
Qualifications
- MD degree or DO, board-certified in Family Medicine
- Active Maryland medical license
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
