Outpatient-only practice, serving patients of all ages Medical Assistants, RN, Front Desk, and leadership support provided to support an autonomous practice Access to on-site services including lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, Social Worker and Financially stable and physician-led organization committed to provider well-being Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS) 60K sign-on bonus/relocation ~ Up to $18K resident stipend ~ Fort Collins offers year-round outdoor recreation, a vibrant arts and culture scene, and excellent schools.
