Gulf Coast Near Marianna, Florida We are seeking a dedicated Nocturnist for a locum tenens Emergency Medicine position in the picturesque Gulf Coast area near Marianna, just five minutes from the beach. Position Overview Start Date: Immediate, ongoing as long as vacancies exist Schedule: Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends Options: 6 AM???4 PM, 8 AM???6 PM, 12 PM???10 PM, 4 PM???2 AM, 8 PM???6 AM Setting: Free-Standing Emergency Departments (FSEDs) affiliated with the main facility No on-call requirements Key Responsibilities Provide emergency medical care during night shifts Collaborate with 4???5 physicians and 5???6 APPs daily Manage ~154 patients/day across facilities with a 20% admission rate Work alongside pediatric coverage (available 9 AM???9 PM) Qualifications Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with ED experience Comfortable in high-acuity, fast-paced environments Willingness to work night shifts and weekends Why This Opportunity?
