The facility requires board-certified interventional cardiologist coverage for a full-time equivalent clinician taking paid time off. The hospital maintains modern cardiac catheterization laboratory equipment and established protocols for emergency STEMI interventions. The institution provides specialized cardiac care with dedicated clinical support staff for urgent interventional procedures.

The region offers outdoor recreation opportunities and regional attractions. Year-round activities include hiking trails, theme parks, and cultural venues. The area maintains an active calendar of festivals and family-oriented events throughout the year.

The interventional cardiologist will provide comprehensive 24-hour call coverage for STEMI cases requiring emergency cardiac interventions. The clinician will perform cardiac catheterization procedures and manage urgent interventional cardiology cases with immediate response capabilities. Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required for this assignment.
