Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Alabama PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
• Experience providing restorative therapy and working with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to perform 4x8 shift schedules and participate in one weekend rotation per month as part of the schedule.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift Pattern: 4x8 schedule.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.
