Travel PTA Opportunity

You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Ability to work typical rehabilitation caseloads, assist with transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and documentation in electronic medical records.
  • Client requirement: must be available to start ASAP and able to commit to a 13-week contract (client-specified).
  • Preferred: prior experience with restorative nursing programs and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 08:3016:30.
  • Work pattern: 5 days per week, 5x8 schedule.
