Physical Therapy Assistant

Professional Case Management is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this in-home role, you will support licensed Physical Therapists by carrying out treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic exercises, documenting patient progress, and educating clients and families. You’ll work with individuals who have complex medical needs, including former energy workers, helping them improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
