Creative Solutions in Healthcare - 208 Maple Street - Responsibilities: Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments under supervision to relieve pain and improve function; Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions under physician orders; Implement and modify patients' plans of care under PT supervision; Measure and record motor function, strength, and muscle performance; Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely in compliance with policies and regulations
