Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. Outpatient physical therapy experience, including evaluation and plan of care development. Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry per clinic and payer guidelines. Willingness to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned. Preferred: prior experience in a high-volume outpatient setting and familiarity with safe patient handling and materials handling protocols. Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Duration: 13-week assignment (client desires a 6-month contract where possible). Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations; May be required to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
