Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions independently.
