Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred.
- Ability to provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions independently.

- Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
- Work Schedule: 5x8.
- Start: ASAP.
