Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required (AHA or ARC acceptable).
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience. (Client requirement.)
  • Experience treating orthopedic and postoperative joint replacement patients, rotator cuff repair, mild neurological conditions, and geriatric patients preferred.
  • Ability to use common transfer equipment such as Sara Stedy and Hoyer lifts preferred.
  • Pewter gray scrubs required while on shift. (Client requirement.)
  • Must be open to non-local travel; local candidates will not be accepted for this assignment. (Client requirement.)
  • Certification in specialty areas (OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health) preferred but not required.

Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday. (No weekends or on-call responsibilities.)
  • Shift Options: 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts; typical hours approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional early 7:00 AM starts or late 6:00 PM endings when on 10-hour schedules. (Client guidance.)
  • Holidays: Every other holiday.
  • Overtime: No overtime expected.
  • Patient Load: For 8-hour shifts, typically 10–12 patients per day.
