Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 1 year outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional return-to-activity programs. Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation in accordance with state and payer guidelines. Ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, and write measurable goals focused on discharge and functional outcomes. Experience supervising or mentoring students and directing discipline-specific therapy services preferred.

Assignment Details
Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday. Duration: 13-week assignment. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinics as operational needs dictate. Clinical Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document per clinic policy, and provide patient, family, and student education.
