Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics required. Experience using Theraoffice EMR preferred.
Assignment Details
Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Shift name: Days. Shift hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday. Float requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
