Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain prior to start. Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care or demonstrated ability to work in post-acute settings preferred. Float to other rehab sites required during assignment. New graduates welcome. Previous experience with evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation is preferred. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
