Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Must be proficient with 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, write measurable goals, develop and modify treatment plans, and document care in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Competency in safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and fall prevention protocols.
• Experience supervising or delegating tasks to therapy aides or assistants is preferred.
• Ability to participate in student education and professional development activities is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
• Start Date: Assignment starts in May 2026.
