Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Must be proficient with 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, write measurable goals, develop and modify treatment plans, and document care in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
- Competency in safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and fall prevention protocols.
- Experience supervising or delegating tasks to therapy aides or assistants is preferred.
- Ability to participate in student education and professional development activities is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Start Date: Assignment starts in May 2026.
