Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association–approved program or equivalent professional degree. Current South Carolina license as a Physical Therapist required prior to start of assignment. Proof of current CPR certification required. Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required. 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Previous home health experience preferred. Ability to perform physical demands of the role including heavy lifting, prolonged standing and walking, bending, pushing and pulling. Demonstrated ability to document Plans of Care, progress notes and other clinical records in a timely manner. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally as needed.
