Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program, or equivalent degree (Master's or Doctoral acceptable).Current state Physical Therapist license in NV required prior to start of assignment.Proof of current CPR certification required.Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.Experience with durable medical equipment and ordering appropriate rehabilitative equipment required.Ability to perform home visits, including lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking; ability to work under some stressful conditions required.Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally required.Must read, write, and speak fluent English.Previous home care experience preferred.
