Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license or multi-state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in outpatient settings required. Candidate must have prior experience with outpatient evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and post-operative patients.
- Experience with electronic medical records in an outpatient clinic preferred.
- Ability to perform manual therapy techniques and design individualized therapeutic exercise programs preferred.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: 5 days per week.
- Regional requirement: Candidate should be willing to work in AL/IL outpatient regional coverage when requested.
