Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Freeport, ME at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Maine State PT license required prior to start of assignment.
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; Experience with outpatient documentation systems, functional outcome measures, and letters of medical necessity preferred.
Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants as appropriate.
Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern.
Position Type: Physical Therapist responsible for evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, documentation, and patient/family education.
May be asked to participate in student supervision and professional development activities.
