Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; Experience with outpatient documentation systems, functional outcome measures, and letters of medical necessity preferred. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants as appropriate. Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern. Position Type: Physical Therapist responsible for evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, documentation, and patient/family education.
