Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC. Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience required. No new graduates. Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions. Demonstrated proficiency in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry per payer requirements. Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and supervise students as assigned. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes required continuing education per state practice act. Preferred: experience in outpatient clinic workflows, therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and return-to-community functional programs.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 Week assignment. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Patient Care Model: 60-minute evaluation plus treatment sessions. Caseload: Outpatient orthopedic and general outpatient patient population. Student Supervision: Participation in student programs as assigned. Floating: May be required to float between clinic locations as needed.
