Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Mississippi Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads common to post-acute care settings and document per facility protocols.
• Comfort with 5-day workweeks and scheduling that aligns with facility business hours preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days , Monday through Friday.
• Assignment Duration: 15 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.

For outdoor access, Sardis Lake and Sardis State Park are roughly 45 miles northeast, providing boating, fishing, and hiking opportunities suited to an adventurous, rural lifestyle. The city is walkable in central districts and is about 75 miles north of Jackson, MS, offering regional transit routes and highway access for weekend travel.
