Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Experience managing patients with post-acute care needs, transfers, gait training, and restorative programs preferred. Ability to document using electronic medical records preferred. Must be available to cover an FMLA assignment.
