Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred. Candidates with experience in orthopedic, post‑operative, or sports-related rehabilitation are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document per clinic and payer requirements.
• Experience supervising or delegating discipline-specific therapy services and working with multidisciplinary teams preferred.
• Maintain professional standards and licensure in good standing and complete required state continuing education.
