Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• No new graduates. Must have outpatient experience as a licensed clinician within the last 3 years.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Demonstrated competency in comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment plan development, documentation, and charge entry in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy support staff and participate in student education as assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Kentucky Practice Act.
• Preferred: experience with outpatient functional treatment programs, safe patient handling techniques, and electronic medical record systems commonly used in outpatient clinics.
