Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Candidate must be competent in evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, goal writing, and functional outcome assessment. Proficiency with electronic medical records, documentation of letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred. Ability to provide safe patient handling and adhere to clinic safety protocols, including infection control and materials handling. Willingness to participate in student supervision and contribute to professional development activities. Must maintain professional licensure in good standing and comply with state Practice Act and regulatory requirements.
