Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active CA PT License is Required to Start the Assignment
SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for 0-1 Years Experience)
Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills
Flexible and Collaborative Mindset

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday or Monday - Friday
Position may require floatation to sister facility within walking distance
