Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. Client will not accept first-time travelers.
- Experience treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures preferred.
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
- Ability to work in a hospital-affiliated outpatient clinic and follow departmental scheduling of 30- and 60-minute visits.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic, hospital-affiliated rehabilitation services.
- Duration: 13-week assignment.
- Standard Hours Per Week: 40 hours.
- Typical Schedule: 5x8 or 4x10 shifts; clinic will determine consistent day off for assignment.
- Patient Volume: Average 10–15 patients per day; 30-minute treatment slots with 60-minute complex evaluations.
- Orientation: New employee orientation and 5-day departmental orientation provided.
- Floating: None required.
- Weekend rotation: None. On-call: None. Holiday expectations: None.
- Uniform: Polos provided; facility prefers slacks and clean shoes. Parking: Free.
