Physical Therapist (pt Therapist)

Centrally located within the heart of California, Adventist Health Tulare has been serving the Central Valley since 2018. We are comprised of a 108-bed acute care hospital, emergency department and provide primary and specialty care services to best serve our community. There are a variety of opportunities for all-season outdoor recreation such as camping, hiking, water and snow skiing, fishing and boating. It is also within an hour's travel time to Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Education and Work Experience:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016 Two years' Physical Therapy experience: Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties.
