The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients, to include but not limited to screening and evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, treatment re-assessment and revision, patient/client re-evaluation, discharge planning, and documentation in a variety of settings. Primary Duties: 60;
Provides 60;evaluation services including review of pertinent 60;historical 60;information, performance of specific assessments, and determination of recommendations and documentation of results. Explains evaluation findings and treatment 60;plan 60;to 60;patient 60;and family and incorporates 60;patient 60;and family in the goals setting.
Demonstrates 60;proficiency 60;in implementation of treatment protocols based upon evaluation findings, the patient's presentation, and the evolving health care environment. 60;Consults 60;with other healthcare professionals as 60;indicated. Recognizes and documents changes in patient's condition requiring modification of the plan of care and/or the need for medical/rehabilitation consultation.
Completes 60;appropriate discharge 60;planning and follow-up care. Accurately and 60;timely 60;documents and charges for patient care activities 60;considering 60;our evolving health care environment, painting a clear picture of the patient's course of care including focused 60;initial 60;evaluation/plan of care that 60;establishes 60;baseline and goals, daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge evaluation.
Demonstrates effective time management and meets productivity expectations. Manage 60;an accurate 60;schedule. Demonstrates a professional commitment to 60;provide 60;frictionless patient access to care through flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and actions/behaviors that display empathy in our patient consumer driven environment.

Qualifications: 60;
Bachelor’s, 60;Master’s, 60;or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
Graduate 60;of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure 60;required 60;as 60;deemed 60;necessary for your specific location(s).
American Heart Association’s 60;BLS (Basic Life Support) 60;for Healthcare Providers 60;CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation) 60;certification. 60;
