Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING   Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $39.51 to $57.23 per hour.
