Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred.
