Physical Therapist Blanchard

Physical Therapy Central (PT Central) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Blanchard clinic to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. PT Central specializes in personalized physical therapy services with a strong emphasis on orthopedic and manual therapy, supported by advanced training and a commitment to evidence-based practice. As a Physical Therapist at PT Central, you will independently evaluate patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and post-surgical conditions, performing thorough histories, movement assessments, and outcome measure tracking to identify functional limitations and patient-specific goals. You will design and implement individualized, research-supported treatment plans that incorporate hands-on manual therapy, targeted therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and progressive functional training to restore mobility, decrease pain, and optimize long-term health and performance.
Working in our Blanchard clinic, you will provide direct, on-site care in a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes patient rapport and clear communication. You will educate patients and their families on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and strategies for long-term self-management and injury prevention, ensuring each person understands their role in the recovery process. In partnership with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will coordinate care, share clinical findings, and adjust treatment plans based on objective progress and patient feedback. Accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record and active participation in staff meetings, case discussions, and quality initiatives are essential parts of the role.
