Physical Therapist- 15k Sign on Bonus

Pappas OTP, a leading outpatient physical therapy provider based in Providence, Rhode Island, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered team. This role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse outpatient population, helping patients recover function, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

In this position, you will independently evaluate patients, perform thorough musculoskeletal and neurologic assessments, and develop individualized plans of care tailored to each patient’s goals and functional needs. You will implement a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training, and patient-specific home exercise programs. You will regularly reassess progress, update treatment plans, and collaborate with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will be responsible for maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant documentation using our electronic medical record system, in accordance with state practice standards, payer requirements, and clinic policies. You will communicate clearly with patients and families, providing education on diagnosis, prognosis, self-management strategies, injury prevention, and long-term wellness to support sustained improvement beyond discharge.

You will also contribute to clinic initiatives around outcomes tracking, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
