Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in South Bend, Indiana. Join a travel Physical Therapist role in South Bend, IN at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidate should have experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and performing documentation including goal writing and letters of medical necessity. Facility Type: Outpatient Shift Pattern: 5x8 Joseph River and features the Riverwalk and East Race Waterway within the city limits, both offering walking trails and water recreation within minutes of downtown. Family-friendly destinations such as the Potawatomi Zoo and the Studebaker National Museum are within a 5–10 minute drive, providing options for weekend outings. For outdoor recreation, Indiana Dunes National Park on Lake Michigan is approximately a 45–60 minute drive, offering beaches, dunes, and hiking for an adventurous lifestyle. South Bend provides regional transit options including South Bend International Airport about 10 minutes from downtown and local bus services for commuting within the metropolitan area.
