Phlebotomist I

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: M-F 7 8a- 3pm Sat 7am -12

The Phlebotomist I will work in a Patient Service Center (PSC) in a team-based environment, performing blood draws and specimen collection while ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established procedures.

This role is an interim hire to support extended lab hours and increased patient volume. There is potential for conversion based on performance and business needs.

• Perform 25-30 blood draws per day
• Work with a diverse patient population, including geriatrics
• Collect, label, and process specimens accurately
• Ensure compliance with lab protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy/venipuncture experience
• Experience with geriatric patients
• Comfortable working in a team-based setting

• Lab Assistant experience

• Color vision screening required
• No THC screening required
• No mandatory Flu or COVID vaccination
