About the Role
Giant Eagle - 2001 Lincoln Way - Responsibilities: Welcome patients and immediately acknowledge them with compassion and a smile at all pharmacy entry points.; Process orders in person and by phone, direct patients to products and merchandise, and refer questions to the pharmacist.; Maintain a neat and clean work environment to meet company and government requirements.; Use the pharmacy computer to maximize efficiency and provide optimal patient care at various service points (drop-off, will call, drive thru, phone, filling, order receiving).; Assist with maintaining proper inventory levels by ordering, receiving, stocking and rotating drugs and other supplies per policy.
