About the Role
Ascension - 7800 US Hwy 98 W - Responsibilities: Clinical Distribution & Automation: Provide essential distributive pharmacy services and technical support to Pharmacists (including pre-certification support). This includes the daily maintenance, refilling, and troubleshooting of automated dispensing systems.; Compounding & Preparation: Perform high-accuracy preparation of both sterile and non-sterile compounds, along with the repackaging of bulk medications in strict accordance with safety and regulatory standards.; Supply Chain & Inventory Mastery: Manage departmental inventory by preparing orders and accurately receiving and storing incoming supplies to ensure the pharmacy is always prepared for patient needs.; Communication & Triage: Act as a professional liaison between the pharmacy, patients, and healthcare providers. You will triage incoming calls and provide the necessary information to ensure seamless coordination across the hospital.
