Job Description Job Description The Yankowitz Law Firm, P.C., an established and expanding Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Firm is seeking a motivated, ambitious, organized and detail oriented Paralegal for our Long Island office located in Great Neck, NY (on the border of Queens/Nassau County) to support our attorneys with day-to-day legal tasks. This role is critical to keeping cases on track, clients informed, and the office running efficiently. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidate experienced in: Drafting/Preparation (but not limited to) Summons and Complaints; Bills of Particulars; Discovery Responses; Discovery Demands; Requests for Preliminary Conferences; Note of Issues; Expert Disclosures. Corresponding and Communicating With (but not limited to): Potential/Prospective New Clients - (obtaining and collecting necessary information and documents); Established Clients - (Keep clients informed about the status of their cases, including upcoming court dates, depositions, and any significant developments) ; Medical Providers - (Obtaining medical liens and providing case status updates); Insurance Carriers. *If you are looking for an excellent future and work environment, with growth opportunities and wish to be considered.
