Job Details
3–20+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury, wrongful death, or catastrophic injury cases (Motor Vehicle Accident experience preferred).
Trial experience preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive cases and maintain professionalism under emotionally challenging circumstances.
Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
Handle complex, high-value cases (often $1M+).
Support one attorney
Conduct discovery, deposition scheduling, and manage litigation deadlines.
Maintain high-touch client communication; respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and make initial contact within 30 days.
Draft and manage Texas affidavits and medical records requests (Rule 18.001).
Attend trial (if experienced) and support trial preparation.
