Varnum LLP seeks to hire a *Litigation/Personal Injury Attorney* to join our Litigation Practice Team in one of our Michigan offices. The ideal candidate will have several years of litigation experience with a background that includes general civil litigation as well as automobile insurance and personal injury matters. Experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters is strongly preferred. The successful candidate should have experience handling all phases of litigation from initial case evaluation through resolution, including appearing in court. Candidates should be comfortable managing an active caseload, drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, participating in discovery, and preparing matters for trial or alternative dispute resolution. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A collaborative, client-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
