About the Role
Merakey - - Responsibilities: Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time; Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer; Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible; Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities; Carry out direct care responsibilities while participating in and following the treatment planning process
