Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone calls and interdepartmental calls and route them to the appropriate department or person; Greet all visitors to the facility in a professional and pleasant manner; Take messages when appropriate and conduct interactions in a professional manner; Respond to emergency and crisis situations quickly and efficiently; Read and interpret the fire alarm board
