Departmental Scope:
Outpatient-focused Pediatric practice
Level III Nursery and delivery support at Javon Bea Mercy Hospital
Strong collaboration with primary care and specialty providers
Multispecialty integrated care across the Mercyhealth system
Opportunity to grow patient volume within a well-established practice
Qualifications:
MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Residency training from an ACGME-accredited Pediatric program
Strong communication skills and a team-based approach to care
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits:
Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee, leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package: Salary Range: $258,000-$315,000
