to join a
stable and growing, well-established pediatric practice
. This is an outpatient-focused role with minimal inpatient responsibilities, ideal for physicians seeking a strong work-life balance within a collaborative group.
Practice Highlights
Established
practice of four pediatricians
with long-tenured providers (20–30+ years)
Existing and active patient panel
Stable growth with strong community presence
No academic affiliation
Clinical Responsibilities
Primarily
outpatient pediatric care (95%)
Newborn rounding
approximately one morning per week
Limited inpatient work (approximately 5%)
Minor procedures, including
hospital circumcisions
Typical patient scheduling every
20–30 minutes
