• Date of Coverage: August 10th - November 16th, 2026
• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Monday through Friday
• Call Schedule and Call Ratio: N/A
• ACS Level 1 Trauma Center
• Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital Based): Hospital Based Operating Rooms
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 50-60
• Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0
• Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 22
• # of Operating Rooms: 14
• Annual ER Volume: 70,000
• Procedures: General Surgical Cases, Thoracic Cases (except open heart), complex orthopedic cases, neurosurgical cases, vent management
• OR Staff: collegial team of RNs, surgical techs, PCAs, surgeons, proceduralists, APPs
• Required to Supervise CRNAs. A mix of practicing solo and supervising CRNAs in a care team model
• Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Responsible for Preparing the Anesthesia Cart? No
• Patient Age Demographic (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric): Neonatal to Adult
• Requirements: BC Pediatric Anesthesiology, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Active OH License
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
• $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
